Globaloria :]

Globaloria has been great so far. I like Globaloria, it is kinda fascinating. I've learned how to use flash and make a carrot move. Well in Playing to Learn we played games and then wrote about them. When I chose my topic i wanted ofr my game I chose fractions. I played games like Teenage pregnancy, The coast of life those were the ones I played the most and my favorite out of those two was Teenage Pregnancy.

9-22-09 :)

Today we finished up the stuff we hadn't finished yet. I editied my wiki page a little. I added a photo of me and I added an about me. I also looked at the RTC globaloria site. I have been talking to that guy Nicholas but he never talks. He's to busy, that's what Mrs.Barker said. :( haha well that's all we did today.

It is important for us to know what kind of people are on the internet and that they can be bad people. We also need to know that we need to keep some things about ourselves private so people don't stalk us and try to come find our where we live. We are making ourself pretty safe on here as far as I know. The internet is very dangerous and it's also safe too. You can make it Dangerous but you can make it safe, it's up to you. I think that everyone should make the internet safe because we don't want anything to happen to us. People can find out where you live and come kidnap you or do something bad to you and we don't want that to happen.

Survey

Today in Globaloria class we took a survey to see who would be grouped with. I can't wait to start making the game, it's going to be so exciting!

Math (:

I don't really like math. I don't like it because it's sorta boring. If they'd spice math up a little, it would be fun. If I had to pick my favorite lessson in math I would pick the lesson on scientific notation. My least favorite lesson in math is P.E.M.D.A.S. I don't like it because if you don't do it in order you don't get the right answer. Math is one of those subject that most kids don't like but if they added a little something to make it fun then maybe some of the kids would like math class.

9-8-09

Today we talked about participation guidelines. We also have to come up witt three participatioin guidelines.We learned that we should never edit peoples' stuff witghout their permission and that we should never give out personal information on the wiki.

9-4-09

Today we uploaded videos and pictures to our blogs. I put a picture of Earth and I put under it save the planet. We also linked the word Globaloria to the wiki. That's about all we did today.

9-03-09 following people

Today we got on blogger and followed people. We blogged and Edited our pages too. I also made a playlist for my blog and added my favorite songs like "Only you can love me this way."

Save The Planet!!!!!

Today we made our blog and finished editing our wiki pages. I'm very excited to be in Globaloria making a game. I want my superhero to be super Barbie. I'm going to try my hardest in this class and when ever there is trouble Super Barbie will be there to save the day. I'm so happy that I get to make a game! I would like to create a game were Super Barbie saves the world from Air pollution. I'm most scared about failing this class and not being able to take the challenges.
This is a taste of what we will do in Globaloria class. Last year's class did a game on global warming and here's a video to show you how they did it.
